Therapy Centre. The Centre, the first Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, was established by Dr. X. Hong Liu in 1994. Dr. Liu specializes in the use of acupuncture and herbal medicine for the treatment of the common cold, soft tissue injury, arthritis, pain management and other chronic conditions. Dr. Liu has adapted Chinese Acupuncture to Newfoundland and her
